how did you begin playing at clubs?
how did you start to promote your self?

agreed on the cavs sweeping the east. who you looking at from the west?

i saw you have mackies in your studio setup pic, are you happy with those or would you suggest something different? i really need to buy some monitors but am curious of others opinions...

anyone other than Laz is welcome to chime in as well.

very happy with them. i've heard that the 624's are very good as well and cheaper. thats as far as my monitor knowledge goes though.

ah damn man, shouldve contacted me!

minilogue are one of my favorite producers at the moment. I think their 2 disc album is great with one disc being more upbeat and disc 2 being ambient type of stuff.

I also really appreciate their visual art direction with their music videos, animals is one great video. I hear their live show they have a dude do visual projections.

If you wanna hear another album that has some weird shit going on I would suggest picking up Damian Lazarus - Smoke the monster out...its on get physical. Just very experimental stuff going on.

As far as dancefloor stuff check Tiefschwarz, Audiofly, Loco Dice, Jamie Jones...all groovy stuff with some interesting ideas there. Not too hard either (no homo).

but if you looking for some rougher darker music always check out Dubfire, Oliver Huntemann, Radio Slave

the possibilities are endless
