yeah i was rolling at your show in dallas laz and it was fucking amazing. its all about how you handle it...
i think e, more than any other drug, is all about how you take it with an open mind to make an experience better. that way its not really deadly or anything..
thx for signing my friends shoe, and
great show in dallas btw.

I totally agree dude, nice way of putting it

Hahaha, that's exactly what I thought about the statistic, but that's what it said on wikipedia so I stuck with it. But the musics always good, but a pill can make it better, and if it can make it better, why not? You don't even just have to take it at concerts, just take it anywhere and it's great. It's just like, the happiest you've ever been. But you don't have to get addicted, unless you're real dumb about it. It isn't even physically addicting anyways, but if you overuse it you could fuck up your brain.

Well, the music was always amazing, it doesnt make the music better. pills just get you wired off your balls so that all of a sudden talking to a bouncer is the most Amazing experience of your life, and then talkin to the taxi drive is amazing, and the girl who gives you a smoke is amazing. It just puts a buzz on absolutely everything, so i wouldnt agree with singling out the music, which is the one aspect of a night out that some one put some real effort into. and most people i know just get too fucked and cant remember who was even playin last night or what they played, that aint helpin the music. I know moderation is key, but the amount of people who do shit in moderation these days is less than the no. of people who KO from pills. If you really want to do it in moderation just try and get MDMA powder, you can actually control your buzz on that and its not mixed with baby-powder or rat poison (The IRA really fucked up pills in this country for a while)

Laz, what do your friends, who i suppose are in college or workin 9-5ers, make of this life of yours?there must be some ex-school people/teachers that you just wanna staple your tour schedule to their foreheads?

Look, all I'm saying is, if these big stars didn't want people going through their garbage and saying they're gay, then they shouldn't have tried to express themselves creatively.

deadmau5 only does a few heavy tracks. most of his stuff is prog and its the reason why hes one of beatports best sellers. reason being electro is only a small demographic of the mecca that is dance music. prog has a way bigger slice of the pie.

if you liked reward is cheese you will like "i thought inside out" a collaboration he did with chris lake. while youre at it check out some of chris lakes latest stuff.

the mau5 is excellent

try his micky slim vs house of pain edit...good stuff

anyway, laz, what are your opinions on t shirt cannons, would you use one at your show?

and where do you do your digging for tracks(mostly, im sure you look around a lot of places)

yes if i could get away with stapling stuff on peoples foreheads i would definitely get some enjoyment off that.

my friends have always been cool with it, they usually just joke about it if they ever even bring it up. my mom has accepted the fact that im not going back to school anytime soon. the best is the classmates who never really spoke a word to me that are now like "hey man its so great to see you!"

online record sites like htfr.com, puregroove, juno, etc are all good places but you have to dig through a lot (and i mean a lot) of crap. beatport gets better all the time and its nice to be able to pay for a download right on the spot, especially it being 320kbps and all.

honestly, feel the crowd out. you gota stick to what you truly believe its good and if its a stubborn crowd just try to meet them halfway and give them a few treats if needed. but the more you stick to what you want to play the more people will associate you with that sound and expect to hear that sound when they see you perform.

that was actually double dash on gamecube. i would borrow a projector from the library and just project it big on a wall. i used a 3 piece computer speaker set (with subwoofer) to make it loud.

i was a fan of using the koopas. those triple red shell combos always came in handy.

i was all about the fast agile carts and just dodging the crap out of stuff

speaking of mario kart and the n64, did you ever play goldeneye on the 64, that was the apex of the franchise in my opinion

and wtf, no answer about the tshirt cannon?
