What do you think of Adobe Audition 3?
I wanna be different and learn the in and outs of that program.
That would be stupid to do so, seeing as I just got my MBOX Pro 2 Factory bundle from lying ass musiciansenemy.com (pun intended there)...
But Adobe Audition doesn't seem to be anything I hear anybody using. I wanna be that dare devil.

-you can use it to extract vocals, its adobe, so its good, but hella overpriced
-zzsounds.com
-girl talk uses the predecessor to audition, cool edit pro

Who the FUCK is "Girl Talk"?
Wait I just saw their(his) myspace. It's okay. By that I mean Adobe Audition. It does sound pretty nice with Hip-Hop. I'm assuming mixing can be done pretty seemless here with the good amount of experience.

I dropped this comment in one of my friend's profiles after being asked why am I stopping art:

"To be honest, I hate making music. I love the end results so much though. It's like cake. You hate making it, but hotdamn, it's worth it in the end. Unless you suck ass at making cakes then you're mouth and everyone's mouth is full of crap. I don't wanna fill everyone's ears with crap so...
Art shall have to stay on hiatus for now. Music is just something I wanna explore for now"...

You guys would probably agree except for the hate making music part. I think sometimes I just get frustrated and then that session never gets to see the finish line. I'm just venting now. - R2RO

What?! I've never heard one of your songs EVER. Let's hear 'em. You started this thread, too you know. You really should have started with some samples of what you could be going over.

BTW, I'm trying to upload those multi-track .WAV for that one song I started. It's about 86MB compressed

I'll send you the link once it's completely uploaded.

So we're in agreement that WAV files don't suck. I'm glad that we've cleared that.

Oh, yeah... WAV files are top notch. We'd all have to agree, that's default.

But they fucking suck ass for uploading! Sweet Jesus, the files I'm trying to upload timeout by 30 MB and I've tried uploading the zip. It isn't gonna cut it.

Other means of sending it is one by one. Maybe then the multitrack WAV will come in 11MB each. Maybe that'll help with sending 'em. I'll try that instead tommorow, Taylor.

I guess that you're trying to upload to that site. I don't know if it will work but maybe just upload them to sendspace and send the link to Taylor and maybe he can upload them easier (better connection maybe).

Worth a shot I guess.

I love making, indifferent towards the end result, then listen a month later and impress myself

Not to take back what I said, but sometimes, fuck, I just wanna stop where I'm at, canc a whole song 3:00 min. into it and start another one. Somewhere down the road of the production I came to a fork in the road and it could just be good from here on, or just garbage. I know I can undo or save different versions of the song in progress but I just can't hear it any other way after working on it for a few hours. The sounds are burned into my head. And I think that's where talent and more so know-how gets you to work around that fuss. That's the only reason I hate making it, because it takes alot of work, talent and know how but when you're 3 months new to this, you can't quit to get there. So when you have what you want in the end... That cake is fucken sweet.

Too many words is too much to read.
